Eligibility

Residents with a total household income of $64,000 or less who:
  • have income from wages, self-employment, and / or government benefits
  • investment income is less than $3,500
  • do not own rental property
  • did not declare bankruptcy in 2023
  • if self-employed, did not have employees or inventory, did not deduct home as an expense, and did not have a business loss
