Description
Provides the following for individuals with developmental disabilities: - Home and Community-based Waiver - Community Habilitation - Residential Community Habilitation - In-Home Respite - Saturday Respite - Freestanding Respite (Erie County) - Self-Directed Services Staff can provide limited transportation for certain services. Aspire of WNY CILS Division can support people with developmental disabilities living in the community with family, friends, or on their own, and can assist with the exploration, planning, and implementation of community based supports. Offers a variety of supports designed to best meet an individual's needs and desires to promote, support, and maintain their active engagement in the home, work, and community.
