Rise UP Rochester offers a support group for those who lost a loved one to homicide.Are a part of the homicide response team, acting as a liaison between investigators and families. Offers safe housing for victims of violence. This program is referral based from the City of Rochester Community support team, local hospitals, RPD, probation, and the Rochester City schools.
