This program assesses students with developmental disabilities and helps identify and enhance their abilities to successfully transition from school to work.

Serves people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing a variety of essential services including community residences, vocational training, service coordination, after school programs, preschool for children with autism, brain injury programs, and day habitation programs. Also provides transportation to and from their sites.
