* Provides coordination of in-home health care services and support services to families under the supervision of own private physician. Home care coordinators in all area hospitals. Comprehensive nursing services. Rehabilitation/Habilitative - Occupational, physical, speech therapies. Certified hospice and palliative care. Home health care service to developmentally disabled. Social casework service. Mutual support groups for bereavement and caregivers. Volunteer opportunities.
