A day program which helps Medicaid eligible individuals with developmental disabilities develop personal, social, and work readiness community integration through many activities and opportunities within a structured environment. Services may include daily living skills instruction, recreational and social activities, exercises to improve coordination and pre-job training to help participants develop and maintain the functional skills required for community involvement, self-advocacy, self-care and employment.
