Description
This group is for women-identifying individuals ages 18 and older. This interactive group will be structured around themes related to empowerment such as self-care, relationships, coping skills, self-confidence, assertiveness, and setting boundaries. This is an open group in which members are welcome to join at any point. Each session will be limited to 10 participants.
