Fees
1/3 of income toward rent.
Independent living in apartment of choice with minimal staff support. Programs funded by HUD are for homeless mentally ill; housing stipend. Other programs are for non-homeless, low income (SSI) mentally ill adults. Priority access for those who qualify for Erie County Care Coordination Program. Limited number of beds available for those graduating from a licensed community residence program.
