* Accepts property complaints against landlords.* Assists with landlord/tenant problems.* Informs landlord of violations.* Informs Housing Unit at DSS. Housing Unit has the ability to withhold rent for tenants who are on public assistance whose landlords refuse to fix property after a reasonable amount of time. Clients referred to their Neighborhood Service Center for specific assistance
