Provides a well-resourced 60-bed facility that provides patients and residents with 24-hour medical coverage and the assurance that emergency services are only a few steps away. With a highly trained patient-care team of expert therapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses and support staff, the facility provides intensive, short-term care for patients recovering from surgery, illness or injury, as well as long-term care for those who can no longer manage their physical health at home. The Center accepts patients on referral from discharge planners at hospitals from throughout the Tri-State area, as well as direct referrals from primary care physicians.
