Pathstone's Newburgh Office houses The Housing Stability Counseling Program (HSCP) and the First-Time Homebuyers Program. HSCP offers free housing counseling to residents facing possible foreclosure, eviction, loss of residence or financial stress regardless of income. The First-Time Homebuyers Program offers housing counseling and education toward home ownership for low to moderate income individuals and families.
