Offers several community based residential and supported housing programs that address the specific needs of clients. Supportive housing funds are targeted to three populations: Those leaving Psychiatric centers. Those determined to be eligible through the diagnosis and assessment from a licensed mental health clinician. Individuals who are currently homeless.
