Offers an outpatient treatment-referral program designed to serve individuals between the ages of 12 and 35 who are at risk or who have been sexually exploited/human trafficked, at-risk of sexual exploitation/human trafficking, runaway or are homeless. Services provided include individual and family counseling, street outreach, GED classes, DSS advocacy, life skills education, housing assistance, and education and job placement and are tailored to meet all the needs of each individual utilizing services.

Provides two programs to help serve individuals between the ages 12 to 35 who have engaged or are at risk of human trafficking, have runaway or are homeless along the street as well as runaway/homeless youth ages 16 to 20 years in an emergency youth shelter for up to 30 days. Services include a peer support, 24 hour hotline services, medical services, job placement assistance, outreach, individual and family counseling, case management, and shelter for runaway and homeless youth.
