Offers an independent living option for people who need some support while integrating into the community. Individuals are provided with a fully furnished apartment, and all utilities are covered while they are in the program. Staff check in several times per week and are available 24 hours a day if needed. Apartments are located throughout the community. Staff supports individuals with everyday life skills, managing health and medications, connecting with the community, building social skills, and other areas such as parenting, substance use, and coping with mental health challenges.
