Provides services to prevent out of home placement for children whose families are referred by Nassau County DSS.. Outreach services include assessment of family concerns, intensive counseling, clinical services including individual and family therapy, referral to other necessary agencies, advocacy, parent education/groups, social/educational activities for the whole family.

Children served in our programs are dependent, neglected, abused, or court ordered into mercyFirst as the result of PINS (Persons in need of Supervision) or JD (Juvenile Delinquent) behaviors.
