Description

Day Habilitation services are designed to help people of all ages with developmental disabilities to develop and maintain skills, abilities, and interests while being active members of their communities. Support individuals with independent living skill development, goal achievement and community involvement. Offers educational instruction, as well as opportunities for social and recreational activities. Experiential learning opportunities and volunteering offered through community partnerships. Transportation available. Medication monitoring. Preauthorization for Day Habilitation Services is done through OPWDD.
