Provides case management for non-violent ex-offenders ages 16-55. Assists clients with clothing, transportation and other personal needs. Provides support services to clients with the goal of making them more productive community members. Offers information and referral to appropriate agencies to address client needs. Assists clients with job readiness and placement in appropriate training programs affiliated with local unions, BOCES and adult education. Seeks job placements for participants and provides tokens for transportation.

Provides low cost housing for the homeless and very low income families. Support services are provided to tenants in budgeting, money management, mortgage delinquency/default, pre-purchase, Default Homebuyer Education Workshops, Second Chance Program, Housing Rehabilitation Program, rental assistance counseling, FAN Program, Senior Program, Quality of Life Program, utility assistance when available and anger management.
