Must be referred by inpatient hospital care. Serious persistent mental illness. Age 18 or older. Individuals must be receiving mental health treatment in the community.

- Offers a 12 bed co-ed outpatient residential program designed to provide short-term (21 days) 24 hour residential support to adult mental health consumers who are experiencing a situational crisis.* Provides respite services for those who require a brief time away from their current community based living setting.
