- Provides a 13 week program in which men, women and youth will gain a stronger understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Will be equipped with skill sets to become more confident & competent parents, partners and leaders in our community. Will gain an understanding of their attitudes toward parenting, children, family, relationships, and life. Will increase their understanding of child development, and will learn age-appropriate discipline techniques.
