Provides a resettlement agency to help refugees get connected with social services. Services may include source housing, placing children in schools, and doctors appointments and services are available up to 90 days.

Currently operating a 24/7 phone line to help connect refugees and immigrants with Limited English Proficiency to a RISE case manager in their preferred language for guidance and support: 315-214-4480


Provides advocacy for immigrants to become productive members of society while maintaining their cultural identity. Promotes self-sufficiency through employment, education, social support, and economic independence. Offers ESL classes, case management, interpretation and translation, and job placement assistance. A collaboration with the Ethiopian Community Development Council offers health monitoring as well.
