Income guidelines.Individuals must:Agree that pets are for companionship and not for breeding or any illegal activities.Animals must be spayed or neutered or have appointment made to be spayed/neutered.Agree to give fresh food and water daily. Agree not to tether or chain dog 24/7. Agree to volunteer or give back to the food pantry when possible.
