Develops the Community Health Assessment / Community Health Improvement Plan. Promotes health, safety, and healthy lifestyles. Services are provided through free resources and referrals, public presentations and programs, speakers, in-service training seminars, workshops (including T2 Diabetes Prevention workshops), social media, and free literature on numerous health concerns geared towards all ages and literacy levels.
