Provides local residents age 18 and older with the opportunity to borrow books, videos, DVDs, CDs, etc., including computer and internet access and museum passes for free, along with Notary Public and Test Proctoring services, E-Reader instruction, volunteer opportunities and Friends of BPL fundraising and community outreach opportunities.
