- Provides an 8 week program to young men and women who will gain a stronger understanding of their roles and responsibilities, for the best interest of their children: Will be equipped with skill sets to become more confident and competent leaders in our community. Will gain an understanding of their attitudes toward people parenting, peers, family, and relationships. Will increase their ability to respond proactively and reduce violence in their communities. Will develop critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. Will expand knowledge and attitude toward interpersonal and intra-personal skills.
