- Provides a medical and social adult day program serving seniors in a comfortable home-like environment. * Provides health care services: Case management and social work counseling. Health care monitoring and skilled nursing care. Physical, occupational and speech therapy. Hygiene, bathing and personal care. Nutrition and dietary counseling. Podiatry visits. Dental hygiene. Hearing evaluations . Lab and diagnostic studies. Mental health referrals. Transportation. Socialization.* Provides recreational services: Recreation therapy: music, arts & crafts, gardening and more. Field trips and outings to the mall, museums, theater, etc. Visits from area school children. Group exercise and individualized weight training/walking programs. Religious and educational activities. Trips to the hair salon.
