Service area

Nassau County, NY
Offers a community based program that provides mental health services in the home or community. Services include counseling, medication management, peer services and case management. Community Residences are home-like programs for youth with mental health needs. CRs offer supervision, structure, care coordination, skill building and behavior support. The goal of a CR is to assist youth in achieving their best level of functioning so that they can be successful in school and at home when they return to their home and community. Residential Treatment Facilities are therapeutic programs that provide inpatient psychiatric treatment to youth with complex mental health needs and support to their families. The youth have challenges that need around-the-clock supervision, structure, and clinical treatment. Please call for detailed information regarding both programs offered
