Description
The Office of the Flood Insurance Advocate advocates for the fair treatment of policyholders and property owners by providing education and guidance on all aspects of the National Flood Insurance Program. If your have utilized existing resources (insurance agent, National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) insurance company and/or the NFIP Help Center) and are still frustrated and confused, request assistance from the Office of the Flood Insurance Advocate on the issue you have been unable to resolve. Visit the OFIA's webpage at www.fema.gov/flood-insurance-reform-flood-insurance-advocate where your may submit questions and inquiries via the "Ask a Question" Link.
