Description

Provides individualized services to people with barriers to employment including those eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation services through: - Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) - Adult Career & Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) - Office of Mental Health (OMH) Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) - Adult and Children's - High Fidelity Wraparound Services From assessment to follow-along support, OLV Human Services works with participants to prepare them for employment at all stages of their career path. Vocational services are provided primarily in the community in which the participant resides, and the OLV Human Services office is accessible by public transportation (NFTA Routes 16, 42).
