Ages 50 years and older and 2 medical appointments per month must be in Monroe County subject availability. Resident of area served.
Hours
Transportation to activities from Dunn Tower and Gateway: TU,TH 10:15AM-2:15PM.

Fees
No fee for service. Transportation: donations accepted but not required. Homebound counseling provided by Eldersource. Eldersource may charge a nominal fee.
