Description

Oversees the federal government funding for Early Head Start, Head Start and Home Based Programs within the county. Responsible for the administration of Head Start programs and the allocation of funding and the coordination of enrollment of eligible families into Early Head Start, Head Start, Universal Pre-K (UPK) and the Home Based Program. Services are provided in collaboration with school districts and community agencies.
