Adults, age 18 or older who are diagnosed with a serious mental illness and are eligible to receive SSI or SSD due to mental illness or experience extended impairment in functioning due to the severity of their clinical condition

Also provides crisis respite, HIV/AIDS homeless housing, domestic violence shelter, and crime victim assistance.
