Description
Youth transitioning out of OCFS court ordered residential placement referred to FCA by OCFS to facilitate a positive transition back to their homes and communities. FCA Workforce Development Coach will identify potential work site opportunities, help youth in the program with vocational/career realms, outreach to the DOL, Chamber of Commerce, and local businesses.
