Eligibility
For hourly respite and family rec, must be OPWDD eligible, have an approved SAR or budget with AHNY as the provider, and reside in Allegany, Chemung, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Wayne, or Yates County. For planned respite, must be HCBS eligible, and reside in Allegany, Chemung, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Wayne, or Yates County.

Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm.
