  • Reentry
Responds to individuals in crisis, over the phone or in person, in order to reduce emergency room visits. Provides mental health engagement, intervention, and follow-up support. Contact Albany County Department of Mental Health's Mobile Crisis Team for adult mobile crisis assistance at 518-549-6500.
