Description
A martial arts program for youth from age 5 and up. This includes an exercise program with calisthenics, isometrics endurance, self defense, diet, weight training, reading, computational skills and culture. The goal is to foster social interaction with peers, develop positive peer relationships and exhibit changed or improved attitudes and behaviors geared at developing physical training, improving stamina and cultural awareness.
