Raise awareness and appreciation of the Haitian culture within Rockland County and to promote understanding among ALL communities. Another primary focus is to develop and offer a variety of activities, including youth/family oriented, educational, recreational/athletic activities, for the purpose of substance use prevention, educational opportunities, academic preparedness, job readiness, and social enlightenment
