Diabetes Self-Management Program - Niagara County Department of Health

A six-week workshop that helps participants learn or improve problem-solving and decision-making skills, enabling them to confront the challenges of living with diabetes. Participants learn to improve food choices, increase physical activity in an easy and effective way, and master coping skills to control their diabetes. Caregivers are also welcome.
