Description

This program is designed to help kids develop a lifetime love for running and a healthy lifestyle. The boost in self-esteem is a natural spin off and runners of all abilities leave the program with a greater belief in themselves. This will be achieved through a variety of games which incorporate running. There will be a small amount of core exercise and stretching at the beginning and end of each session. Participants will also learn about topics such as health, nutrition and wellness and encourage participation in team building exercises.
