Reentry

Assists men and women leaving state prisons in meeting the challenges they face when returning to their communities by working towards reducing recidivism, rebuilding lives and communities, and enhancing public safety. The program assists with obtaining identification, public benefits, housing, employment, transportation including group training.

Provides harm reduction services like syringe exchange and health care through our drug user health hub. Offers free disease testing for HIV/Hepatitis C and other sexually transmitted infections. Provides housing, transportation and disease management training for those living with chronic illness. Reentry services for those returning from state prison and the Broome County Jail.
