Programs include softball, windsurfing, sailing, outboard boating, tennis, gymnastics, swimming, water aerobics, karate, kickline, sports squirts, fitness, lacrosse, baseball, golf, soccer, track and field, volleyball, water skiing, horseshoes, cheerleading and roller hockey. Activities are conducted at the town's schools, parks and beaches.
