Application process
Evaluations can take place by walk-in/same day access or by calling 716-831-1937 to set up an appointment. Photo ID and insurance card required (unless uninsured).
Fees
Most health insurances accepted, including Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care; copays or deductibles are due at time of service. Sliding scale and payment plans available for uninsured individuals.
Provides substance use disorder and mental health treatment. Services include substance use disorder evaluation, treatment including individual and group therapy, medication assisted treatment (MAT) including Buprenorphine (Suboxone), Vivitrol, and Naltrexone, drug and alcohol testing, mental health counseling and medication management, family counseling, adolescent counseling, peer support, and impaired driver evaluation. Certified by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (NYS OASAS). All services are strictly confidential. The Downtown Buffalo facility is located in the northeast corner suite of the first floor of the historic Ellicott Square Building. All offices are open, but both in-person and telehealth services are available. ##REENTRY##
