Affordable senior apartments offering maintenance-free living for people ages 55 and older who meet income eligibility. Apartment units include a refrigerator and stove, various safety features, and on-site laundry facilities. One and two-bedroom units available. Section 8 vouchers accepted.
Additional apartment features include part time professional on-site management, availability of accessible or barrier-free apartment units, secure entrance, community room, and central air conditioning. Tenants may have one small pet. Seven units are reserved for people who are frail elderly/homeless and in need of support services. Apartments are located near a major bus route, as well as within a few blocks of restaurants and shopping.
