Eligibility

Pregnant women, women up to 6 months postpartum, women breastfeeding until the infant's first birthday, newborn to 5 years of age. Fathers and caretakers may apply for their children. Participants must live in New York State, have proof of identity and meet income requirements or be enrolled in SNAP, Medicaid or TANF
