Assist persons living with HIV/AIDS, or their families, with various civil legal issues arising from their condition. Offers permanency planning for children, social security benefit issues, access to health care, public assistance, housing, education, advance directives and discrimination issues.

ALBANY LAW CLINIC AND JUSTICE CENTER
Provides pro bono civil legal services by supervised student interns for low income individuals. Services are available for clients with cancer, with HIV/AIDS, small business owners, worker-owned, co-ops, community based non-profits, represent both detained and non-detained immigrants, unaccompanied immigrant minors and immigrants victims of crime.
