Provides residential apartment homes in an independent living environment for seniors. Also offers priority access to all levels of care provided on campus, including assisted living at GreenField Court, enhanced assisted living and memory care at GreenField Terrace, and health/rehab services at the GreenField Health and Rehabilitation Center. One and two bedroom apartments available, each with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, individual heat/air conditioning units, and walk-in shower. Some apartments feature fireplaces, patios, and porches. Amenities include 24 hour security, flexible meal plan, courtesy transportation, scheduled activities, a pond, and a gazebo along walking paths.
