Self-esteem and vocational workshops, including stress management, assertiveness, parenting, communication skills, interviewing, maintaining a job, resume writing, etc. The goal is to assist low-income individuals to become self-sufficient by raising their self-esteem and employability. It includes job search assistance.

Provides emergency food assistance to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations and sponsors programs that help families achieve self-sufficiency. Programs include the Regional Food Bank which collects and distributes emergency food to over 500 agencies in Nassau and Suffolk counties; New Paths to Achievement Career and Personal Development; Job Training and Job Development; The Kids Cafe which is an after-school alternative for at-risk children; Pack it Up for Kids Supplemental Weekend Food Program; Summer Feeding Programs, Mobile Pantry, School Tools Program; and First StopPantry (food assistance and referral).Publishes a Newsletter and educational materials. Speakers bureau available.
