Victim Service Providers contact are referred to victims directly from police reports. Individuals may call to inquire about services but are not eligible for services if there is no case pending.

Works directly with Chautauqua County's prosecuting attorneys to ensure a victim's voice is heard in the courtroom. Provides direct services to crime victims, including but not limited to court accompaniment/advocacy, assistance with NYS Office of Victim Services compensation applications, assistance with writing impact statements and opposition letters, victim notification and information on criminal prosecution, as well as community referrals and education throughout the criminal justice process.
