Description
Partners with community agencies to identify and help vulnerable seniors. Gatekeepers are trained individuals who come in contact with older adults in the course of their day through daily tasks or activities or their job, and they help to recognize, identify and refer older adults who may be or at risk of depression, anxiety and other related symptoms.
