This free one and a half hour program is recommended for expectant parents from as early in pregnancy as 12 weeks. Helps expectant parents best understand their pregnancy and how to handle changes, both emotional and physical. Develops confidence in ones ever-changing body and helps one become more organized and prepared. Hours vary. Call for schedule.
