Provides Early Head Start and Head Start programs from prenatal to age 5 for low-income families. The programs have an age-appropriate curriculum which emphasizes the social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth, along with literacy, special needs, nutrition, social services, parent involvement and health services. Parent education workshops and support services are available for the families and pregnant women. Has multiple sites in the Bronx.

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is a not-for-profit, social service agency that provides services to the children and families in our child welfare programs, early childhood education services to children Birth to 5 years of age from low-income families, and help to developmentally disabled adults to lead more fulfilling and independent lives. We are non-sectarian, providing help to all in need.
